Explorational Fitness is a modern wellness brand built for women over 40 who are ready to rewrite what strength and vitality look like. When founder Nichol approached Ambrose Marketing, she envisioned a brand that felt refined, empowering, and deeply personal—merging her passion for movement with her love for the ocean.
